Barcode numbers supplied by BookMyBarcode are not represented as GS1 India-issued 890-series numbers or as identifiers registered directly to the buyer through GS1. Buyers must confirm the barcode and registration requirements of their retailer, marketplace, distributor or importer before purchase.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to make the purchase on its behalf.
BookMyBarcode provides digital product identification solutions, including UPC/EAN barcode packages and Dynamic QR Code packages.
Product quantities, features, pricing, validity, fulfilment details and included services are described on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.
BookMyBarcode does not represent itself as GS1 India and does not represent its standard barcode packages as GS1 India-issued 890-series identifiers.
Our barcode packages are intended for use in situations where direct GS1 registration is not specifically required by the relevant retailer, marketplace, distributor, buyer or importer.
Marketplaces, retailers, distributors, point-of-sale systems, importers and other third parties establish their own product identifier and registration requirements. These requirements can change without notice.
BookMyBarcode does not control the policies, technical systems or acceptance decisions of third-party platforms.
A unique sellable SKU or separately sold variation generally requires its own unique barcode identifier.
Buyers are responsible for correctly assigning supplied identifiers to their products and maintaining their own record of those assignments.
Once an identifier has been assigned to a product, the buyer should avoid reassigning that identifier to a materially different product where doing so could create confusion in retail, inventory or marketplace systems.
An order submitted through the website is subject to successful payment, verification where required and acceptance by BookMyBarcode.
We may contact you if additional information is required to process or fulfil an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment where there is a pricing error, payment issue, suspected misuse, fraud concern or other reasonable operational reason. Where an order is cancelled by us before fulfilment, any applicable payment received for that cancelled order will be handled appropriately.

Where a product page states that a package has no annual barcode renewal requirement or is provided on a lifetime basis, that description applies to the BookMyBarcode product or service supplied under that package.
This does not mean that third-party marketplaces, retailers, regulatory bodies or service providers cannot change their own requirements, registration rules or fees.
Barcode numbers, Dynamic QR Codes and related digital products are personalised or digitally allocated products that can begin processing shortly after an order is confirmed.
Once digital codes or access have been generated, allocated, delivered or otherwise made available to the customer, the order generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind or later discovers that a third-party platform requires a different form of registration.
Customers should therefore confirm their requirements before ordering.
If you experience a technical issue with a supplied barcode or Dynamic QR product, contact support with sufficient details for the issue to be reviewed.
We may request information such as the relevant code, error message, screenshot, sales channel or other technical details before determining the appropriate resolution.
A third-party platform rejecting a code because it requires GS1 registration or has changed its own policies is not necessarily evidence of a technical defect in the supplied code.
Customers are responsible for the text, documents, URLs and other content they choose to associate with their Dynamic QR Codes.
Dynamic QR services must not be used to distribute unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, infringing or otherwise prohibited content.
We may restrict or suspend use where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address abuse or security concerns.
The BookMyBarcode website, branding, layout, graphics, original text, software and other website materials are owned by or licensed to BookMyBarcode unless otherwise indicated.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of BookMyBarcode's website intellectual property to the customer.
Customers may use the digital barcode or QR assets supplied with their order for the intended business and product-identification purposes described in the relevant package.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account.

BookMyBarcode does not control third-party marketplaces, retailers, importers, point-of-sale systems, search engines or regulatory bodies.
