1. General Disclaimer

BookMyBarcode.com provides private barcode solutions and is not affiliated with GS1, UCC, or any government authority. We do not provide GS1 registration, 890-series barcodes, or company prefix ownership.

2. Nature of Barcodes

Barcodes provided are not GS1-registered. Suitable for retail billing, inventory, and e-commerce listing.

Product details are not stored in GS1/DataKart databases. Visibility depends on e-commerce listings and search engines.

3. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers must confirm with retailers/platforms if non-GS1 barcodes are accepted. BookMyBarcode.com is not responsible for rejection by any retailer.

4. Usage & Ownership

Barcodes are non-exclusive and not owned by the buyer. Rare duplication possibility exists, though highly unlikely. Clients accept usage terms at the time of purchase

5. Refund & Cancellation

No cancellation or refund after order placement. In case of issues, support & replacement is provided.

6. Replacement Policy

100% replacement for used/duplicate codes within 48 hours (with proof). Valid for 1 year from purchase. Does not cover packaging or printing costs.

7. Delivery

Delivery is digital (email only). Usually completed within 8 hours of payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

BookMyBarcode.com’s total liability is limited to:

- Amount paid by the customer (last 12 months)

- No liability for indirect or consequential losses

9. Data Privacy

Customer data is kept confidential and secure. Used only for order processing and communication. Not sold to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Reseller Terms

Resellers must clearly inform customers about these terms. BookMyBarcode.com is not liable for reseller misrepresentation. Resellers act as independent entities.
